Whether it’s a boy or a girl, it’s baby clothes reenvisioned. Silvia Gaeta and Manuel Kopp head up Gris Petalo, and are among the earlier members of the Trust community. They hope to make a baby welcoming more unique, comfortable and stylish. We caught up with them to discuss how their business is growing smarter.

Mission: Our mission is to make your baby welcoming something unique and special through high quality, specially designed and produced pieces for newborns and infants.

How they're growing smarter: UGC campaigns and content perform really well for us. We see higher conversions and engagement on that type of content. Like most DTC e-commerce brands since iOS14.5, ROAS came down so we have been really focusing and putting effort into testing new creatives weekly, new copy, and approaches. We are using more channels like TikTok and Snap, not just Facebook. We are also improving our offers, testing home and product pages for conversions, and adding new collections and product lines. We are heavy on email and SMS, are using more influencers, and are always testing to get better data and results.
